Our gastronomic offer is elaborated with meticulousness and creativity by a great team of true lovers and connoisseurs of the kitchen.

In our menu you will find a wide variety of dishes that we make with excellent raw materials. With the firm intention of making El Ganso restaurant, your preferred option to eat the best Spanish food in London.

As we understand the cuisine as a constant adaptation, we incorporate seasonal ingredients so that we meet our goal that eating well is possible for all palates, in all seasons.

But we not only have a very varied menu, we also propose a wide variety of special dishes off the menu on weekends from Thursday to Sunday, where our chef reflects all his creativity and his passion for cooking, fusing the best of the gastronomy of other countries with the Spanish cuisine.

We cannot find the words to describe the gastronomic experience we offer, the only way to describe our food is to come and delight it.

an adventurous
style of cooking

We are very proud to introduce our head-chef Marcelo, an old school Spanish chef who has been working in the UK now for several years and most recently at ‘La Farola’ in Islington where Ihsan and he met and developed this idea. Not scared to experiment, Marcelo learnt to cook from an early age with his parents and family being fanatical cooks.

Marcelo is from Valencia a region in Spain known for its adventurous style of cooking and wine production and this is emulated in his style. His culinary creativity is limitless with something for every palate.
